Henry Yates is the grandson of Edward Maxwell and he grew up on the Maxwelton Farm in Baie-D'Urfé. The main farm house is today 211 Oakridge. House #20 Picardy was the boarding house and the Gate House stood at what would be today 20183 Lakeshore.
