The Braeside Golf Club has no restaurant, but it has a beautiful, quiet balcony just perfect for a beer or picnic. The website of the club is at https://braesidegolf.ca/

Gordon Erskine is the author of "Golfing in the Garden". He has been a member of the club since 2001, and he became president of the club in 2009. When he decided to write the history of Braeside he was introduced to 'Liz' Morgan, who put him in touch with John Angus. John Angus had many documents about the early days of the club. It took about a year to write the book, and in the process, Gordon discovered not only the history of Braeside but also many interesting things about the first hundred years of the village of Senneville.
